Photos
All the pictures submitted to us by our clients will never be used or shared with a third party. We also will not use any photos on our website without permission. We archive your photos on our computers for a year in case your completed order is misplaced. Simply request us to send your order again. Please let us know if you prefer that we delete the photos from our archives after completing your order.
Order
In order to make order in artisticretouch.com we will require you to supply your name, Email addresses are collected solely for the purpose of sending notifications of accepted payments and processed orders, We have the right to re-evaluate the order price.
Refund policy
In the event of customer dissatisfaction, we will revise the same photos for free according to customer’s initial instructions, but there will be no refund the cost of your order.
